I can’t believe I’m only just now making this post after two months but here it finally is.
I was so happy the Black Hills Playhouse invited me back this year. I got to work with old friends and make new ones. I got engaged hehe . I got to do a play that challenged me and have so much fun in the musical.
Silent Sky was a beautiful production visually and emotionally. I loved playing “Williamina” and I am never going to forget her. There are certain phrases I can’t unhear in a Scottish accent . The Drowsy Chaperone was so funny but twists in deceptive way that captures the heart. I got to watch my amazing fiancé have a blast and shine in two very contrasting roles. I am so lucky to be given the chances that I do. The friends you make at BHP are unlike any other, and they stick with you. Thank you to everyone who made my summer amazing. To quote Peter Shaw in Silent sky… “I am so proud to know you”
